hate in your heart will consume you too

a great animated video song with good lyrics for wiping out the false images of the ignorant, dedicated to those; whose hearts filled with hate.

(Don't) Give Hate A Chance Lyrics - Jamiroquai

video link: http://youtu.be/LHj_WC_IzFc

Why can't we be (together)?
Can't you love me, don't hate me
I don't see (why can't we live together)
Maybe we could get it on (maybe we could get along)
Should be our destiny
There's a cold streak living (inside us)
There's no rainbows... just bullets and bombs
If you want to rise up
We can make this hate stop
Now don't you want to rise up

[Chorus:]
We've been giving hate a chance
(We've got all this love to give, you know)
And the love will be running out for us
Can you feel the dreams of life
We're hoping we can still survive
As the wind carries every dove away

So why do we see (these colours)
It's only skin deep, don't mean a thing
So clear (underneath this we're all brothers)
Can't you see it's killing us
(Can't you see it's killing us)
Can't you see it's killing me
Trigger happy fantasy
So stand up and be (so strong now)
Freedom is not so far away
If you know you want to rise up
We can make this hate stop
Now don't you want to rise up

[Chorus]

[Bridge:]
(The wind carries every dove away, The wind carries every dove away, every dove away)
Dove, dove, dove, dove, dove, dove, dove

Now you've been taking our dignity for too long
(Don't) Give Hate A Chance Lyrics - Jamiroquai
I want to save this sanctity that we hold
And who's right and who's wrong
We're not so different anyway
Words are in this song
Can't we stop the fighting?

[Chorus/Outro]
Coz we've been giving hate a chance
Don't give this hate a chance
We've got all this love to give, you know
And the love will be running out for us (we’ve got all this love to give)
(and that the love’s still alive, survive)
Can you feel the dreams of life
We're hoping we can still survive
As the wind carries every dove away
Don't give this hate a chance (can’t we stop the dove away)
We've got all this love to give, you know
That this dream's alive, will still survive (can’t we stop the dove away)
Until no more people have to cry
Don't give this hate a chance (can’t we stop the dove away)
We've got all this love to give (that’s the wind carries every dove away)
That this dream's alive, we’ll still survive
And the love will be running out for us
Until no more people have to cry
Don't give this hate a chance
We've got all this love to give, you know
That this dream's alive, we’ll still survive
Until no more people have to cry

Good Times Bad Times

a constant reminder in my life is the famous quote by Ralph Waldo Emerson "Bad times have a scientific value. These are occasions a good learner would not miss"
This song by Led Zepplin is about a girl but replace it with your wish or aim/goal/target what ever......
 the lyrics are
In the days of my youth, I was told what it means to be a man,
Now I've reached that age, I've tried to do all those things the best I can.
No matter how I try, I find my way into the same old jam.

[Chorus]
Good Times, Bad Times, you know I had my share;
When my woman left home for a brown eyed man,
Well, I still don't seem to care.

Sixteen, I fell in love with a girl as sweet as could be,
Only took a couple of days 'til she was rid of me.
She swore that she would be all mine and love me till the end,
But when I whispered in her ear, I lost another friend, oooh.

[Chorus]

I know what it means to be alone, I sure do wish I was at home.
I don't care what the neighbors say, I'm gonna love you each and every day.
You can feel the beat within my heart.
Realize, sweet babe, we ain't ever gonna part.

"Ain't No Mountain High Enough" is an R&B/soul song written by Nickolas Ashford & Valerie Simpson in 1966 for the Tamla Motown label.

The composition was first successful as a 1967 hit single recorded by Marvin Gaye and Tammi Terrell

Lyrics:

Listen, baby
Ain't no mountain high
Ain't no vally low
Ain't no river wide enough, baby

If you need me, call me
No matter where you are
No matter how far
Just call my name
I'll be there in a hurry
You don't have to worry

'Cause baby,
There ain't no mountain high enough
Ain't no valley low enough
Ain't no river wide enough
To keep me from getting to you

Remember the day
I set you free
I told you
You could always count on me
From that day on I made a vow
I'll be there when you want me
Some way,some how

'Cause baby,
There ain't no mountain high enough
Ain't no valley low enough
Ain't no river wide enough
To keep me from getting to you

No wind, no rain

My love is alive
Way down in my heart
Although we are miles apart
If you ever need a helping hand
I'll be there on the double
As fast as I can

Don't you know that
There ain't no mountain high enough
Ain't no valley low enough
Ain't no river wide enough
To keep me from getting to you

Don't you know that
There ain't no mountain high enough
Ain't no valley low enough
Ain't no river wide enough

youth of the nation

"Youth of the Nation" was a song recorded by Alternative rock band P.O.D. (Payable on Death) It was released in December 2001.  The same year i took teaching as my profession, and joined as Assistant Professor in Electrical & Electronics Engg Department at Narayana Engineering College, Nellore, A.P, India.

I had great dreams when entering into this profession & noble thoughts.

I always thought of doing a lot of things to the engineering education system. I am happy to say that after 10 years of service to the same profession & organization, i think i have done a small part of what i had in mind on the day i have joined this profession.

lyrics of the "we are we are the youth of the nation"

Last day of the rest of my life
I wish I would’ve known
Cause I didn't kiss my mama goodbye

I didn’t tell her that I loved her, how much I cared
Or thank my pops for all the talks
And all the wisdom he shared

Unaware, I just did what I always do
Everyday, the same routine
Before I skate off to school

But who knew that this day wasn’t like the rest
Instead of taking a test
I took two to the chest

Call me blind, but I didn’t see it coming
Everybody was running
But I couldn’t hear nothing

Except gun blasts, it happened so fast
I don’t really know this kid
Even though I sit by him in class

Maybe this kid was reaching out for love
Or maybe for a moment
He forgot who he was
Or maybe this kid just wanted to be hugged
Whatever it was
I know it’s because

We are, We are, (We are) the youth of the nation
We are, We are, (We are) youth of the nation
We are, We are, (We are) the youth of the nation
We are, We are, (We are) youth of the nation

Little Suzy, she was only twelve
She was given the world
With every chance to excel

Hang with the boys and hear the stories they tell
She might act kind of proud
But no respect for herself

She finds love in all the wrong places
The same situations
Just different faces

Changed up her pace since her daddy left her
Too bad he never told her
She deserved much better

Johnny boy always played the fool
He broke all the rules
So you would think he was cool

He was never really one of the guys
No matter how hard he tried
Often thought of suicide

It’s kind of hard when you ain’t got no friends
He put his life to an end
They might remember him then

You cross the line and there’s no turning back
Told the world how he felt
With the sound of a gat

We are, We are, (We are) the youth of the nation
We are, We are, (We are) youth of the nation
We are, We are, (We are) the youth of the nation
We are, We are, (We are) youth of the nation

Na, na, na , na, na, na, na, na, na, na
na, na, na

Who’s to blame for the lives that tragedies claim
No matter what you say
It don’t take away the pain

That I feel inside, I’m tired of all the lies
Don’t nobody know why
It’s the blind leading the blind

I guess that’s the way the story goes
Will it ever make sense
Somebody’s got to know

There’s got to be more to life than this
There’s got to be more to everything
I thought exists

Chorus:

We are, We are, the youth of the nation
We are, We are, youth of the nation
We are, We are, (We are, we are) the youth of the nation
We are, We are, (We are, we are) youth of the nation
We are, We are, (We are, we are) the youth of the nation
(the youth of the nation)
We are, We are, (We are, we are) youth of the nation
(youth of the nation)
We are, We are, (We are, we are) the youth of the nation
(the youth of the nation)
We are, We are, (We are, we are) youth of the nation
(youth of the nation)

We are...
Youth of the nation
We are...
Youth of the nation
We are...
Youth of the nation
We are...

I like this song very much, the way its sung, the music sounds great and the video is popular

when i was young, i use to listen/watch it at least a couple of times every day.

This rebellion song exactly shows what need to be modified in present education system.

The Wall, subtitled Part I, Part II, and Part III, respectively, all of which were written by Pink Floyd's bassist and then lead songwriter, Roger Waters. It has become one of the most famous Pink Floyd songs.
Part II is a protest song against rigid schooling in general and boarding schools in particular

lyrics of Another Brick in the Wall, part 2
PINK-FLOYD- English rock band

We don't need no education
We don't need no thought control
No dark sarcasm in the classroom
Teachers leave them kids alone
Hey! Teachers! Leave them kids alone!
All in all it's just another brick in the wall.
All in all you're just another brick in the wall.

We don't need no education
We don't need no thought control
No dark sarcasm in the classroom
Teachers leave them kids alone
Hey! Teachers! Leave them kids alone!
All in all it's just another brick in the wall.
All in all you're just another brick in the wall.

watch the original video
it takes some time to catch up with the lyrics and understand exact meaning of the song, some people say that this video will spoil the kids attitude towards school.

As a teacher i say this video is a message for the teachers who stick to conventional and traditional means of teaching.

My dear friends/colleagues change your teaching methodology,
encourage the students to come to classroom,
make it a place where students can be free,
make learning process student friendly,
encourage the students to think out of box,
allow the students to be creative,
allow the students to be expressive,
don't teach them discipline, punctuality.......
teach them that they will loose if they are not disciplined,
prove them that they have lost an important lecture in their life if they are not punctual.
don't drag students into classrooms, attract them to listen to your lectures.

if u life it suggest this link to your friends/colleagues
